  • What warranty does Auriella offer?

Understanding the warranty Auriella provides is essential to making an informed and secure purchase decision on our website.

Auriella offers a lifetime warranty against tarnishing and green staining of our pieces. Additionally, we provide a 1-year warranty for color fading, as we cannot control how each customer uses their jewelry on a daily basis.

  • How long will it take to receive my order, and when will it be shipped?

The delivery time depends on your region, the shipping method selected, and the availability of the merchandise. Make sure to check the "Shipping Policy" section for details.

Once your purchase is confirmed, the order processing time, also known as the preparation time, ranges from 2 to 5 business days, Monday through Friday. For orders placed before 12:00 PM, the standard processing time applies. Orders placed after the cutoff time will have an additional day added to the estimated delivery time.

  • Can I exchange or return my order?
