1-Year Warranty Against Color Fading
We offer a 1-year warranty against color fading. While daily use may vary, we ensure that the color will remain vibrant for at least one year from the purchase date.
14-Day Warranty for Loose Stones
In cases where stones fall out without external interference (e.g., drops or scratches), we offer a 14-day warranty. Since our stones are placed manually, rare exceptions may occur, and we will replace the piece without hassle.
⚠️ Important Note: We do not offer replacements for stones that are broken due to carelessness or misuse. We kindly ask our customers to take proper care of their jewelry to prevent damage.
