Exchange Policy - Auriella

At Auriella, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. That’s why we offer a simple and efficient exchange policy.

Exchange Period

  • You may request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive the product.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process

    The customer must reach out to our Customer Service (SAC) within the established period, explaining the reason for the exchange.

  2. Request Review:
    After review, our team will provide detailed instructions for returning the product.

  3. Product Shipping:
    The customer must send the product as instructed.

  4. Product Inspection:
    Once we receive the item, we will verify its condition.

  5. Exchange Fulfillment:

    • If approved, the exchange will be processed for an equivalent item.
    • Alternatively, a new order will be placed with the selected exchange items.

Important Information

  • Shipping costs will be specified during the process and may vary depending on the reason for the exchange or return.
  • Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
